The Role - as Advanced Product Specialist, you will:
  • Be creating sales opportunities for an innovative surgical technology portfolio used across various minimally invasive procedures, and as a recently launched product, the growth potential on this territory is exceptional. 
  • Your day to day and long-term focus will be building relationships with assigned KOL surgeons who operate in public and private's in NSW South ( Metro Sydney, Wagga, Goulburn and Canberra ).
  • Be fully accountable and work collaboratively with TM's and Sales Managers to execute your strategic business plan and exceed your quarterly business objectives.
  • Spend time in accounts utilising your strategic selling skills to promote your product, share clinical knowledge, and implement value-adding solutions.
  • Continually maintain and update your clinical and product knowledge through initial training and ongoing learning, both company driven and self-learning. 
 As a successful applicant, you will be a MedTech sales professional and:
  • You have demonstrated excellence in surgical sales ( consistently exceeding targets )ideally, in roles selling through collaboration with influential surgeons to leverage growth opportunities across the hospital networks they operate within.
  • You can develop and execute a focused sales plan, where you have implemented value-added solutions for KOL's directly and through a related sales team.
  • You also have the motivation and resilience to ensure your infield activity succeeds in overcoming any barriers and maximises your time spent/increases your rewards. 
  • You are a people person with outstanding communications skills; you can build rapport, make lasting connections, and roll out solutions across different stakeholders - surgeons, theatre teams, and accounts. 
  • A skilled listener, you know how to overcome any pre-existing customer sentiment around a game-changing technology by effectively sharing knowledge and delivering clinical information. 
  • Lastly, this is a long term learning culture, i.e. You are someone who enjoys learning and are keen to find out more, grow your skill base, and maybe one day gets promoted as career development is also a feature.
