This way, you’ll benefit from higher, more accurate results rather than getting lost in the crowd of candidates.
3. Networking is the new trend
As they say, it’s not always what you know but whom you know. Via networking, you can get referrals and onto the radar of hiring managers. Ensure you are strategic in your approach and don’t become pushy or ask too many people all at once! The last thing you want is a negative impression and a poor word-of-mouth rating.
