About the role
  
  • You’ll spend your day on-territory (Victoria and, to a lesser degree Tasmania) in operating theatres and endoscopy suites to drive market penetration and sales through case support and clinical relationship building.
  • Your focus will be on key tertiary hospitals, working with surgeons, theatre nurse teams and other key stakeholders involved around supply and logistics.
  • You’ll deliver product training, create events with KOL and aim to establish strong relationships to generate immediate wins and work towards strategic growth opportunities.
  • In this role, the leadership team door is always open (if you need support ), and collaboration internally around account management, marketing, regulatory and customer service is highly encouraged for the team’s overall success.
  
Your skills and experience
  
  • You have Tertiary studies and demonstrable success gained in a device sales role in Operating Theatre, Endoscopy suites or maybe both!
  • 3+ years Medtech selling track record plus the soft skills outlined below.
