About the role

In this Sales Specialist role, you'll be responsible for developing relationships in hospitals for an orthopaedic portfolio ( large joints )
Working as part of a diverse but well connected and successful team, you'll be spending your day attending theatre cases on the territory where your knowledge and skills are there to build trust support the clinical team.

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful, you must have:
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Science and have proven yourself a leader in your sales territory in orthopaedics or another related specialty in similar hospitals and customers.
  • You are highly organised and capable of working with minimal supervision; you know how to take the initiative to address obstacles in your path.
  • An ability to communicate at all levels within surgery, are self-confident and can "read the room" well to stay in control.
  • Capacity ( and interest ) to absorb technical information from the training provided and apply it in the field, acting as a valuable resource not limited to your own portfolio.
