- Part of a varied sales team with a remit to manage and grows sales revenue through great customer interactions ( surgeon, nursing staff, procurement and others) to deliver a brand and reputation-enhancing experience.
- Collaborating with a very passionate manager to develop a territory plan aligned with the overall strategy for the specialties in your bag ( Post-Surgical, Biologics and OR Products )
- Applying your networking and rapport-building skills to spend time with customers, grow credibility and share knowledge and advice about your portfolio.
- Be available as a technical resource to position yourself as a subject matter expert to troubleshoot during procedures and clinical situations.
Your experience and skills ( soft) to be successful
- Healthcare sales ( or clinical support )ideally, hospital /surgeon exposure; top performers also come from allied health, pharmacy, and hospital, even education.
- Tertiary qualifications in health sciences or related highly desirable
- Great attributes include - drive, motivation, integrity, honesty and ownership to equip you for a very open, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where you can get involved in more than just selling.
- It’s an agile team environment, so an ability to interact well, suggest ideas, speak up and play a role in the shared success, not just your own accountabilities, is essential.
- There’s plenty of support, but an inquisitive mind and proactive approach to troubleshooting or resolving issues will underpin your success and accountability.

- Base salary + super 10.5%, $20k car allowance, $10k Bonus and % commission structure
