The Role - as an Advanced Product Specialist, you will:
  
  • Develop and grow sales opportunities for an innovative surgical technology used across various minimally invasive, and as a recently launched product, the growth potential is exceptional. 
  • Your focus will be building relationships with assigned KOL surgeons in public and private accounts in NSW South ( Metro Sydney, Wagga, Goulburn and Canberra ).
  • Fully accountable you will collaborate and support the TM's and RSM to execute your strategic plan and exceed your agreed sales objectives.
  • Spend time in accounts utilising your strategic sales skills to promote your product, share clinical knowledge and implement value-adding solutions.
  • Continually maintain and update your product/procedure knowledge through initial training, ongoing learning ( company and self-learning )
  
  With your experience, you will already be a MedTech high-achiever:
  
  • You have demonstrated excellence in sales ( consistently above target )ideally, in roles selling to influential surgeons to leverage growth across the hospital networks, they operate within.
  • You can develop and execute a sales plan, to implement value-added solutions for KOL's directly and via a wider sales team.
  • You have the motivation and resilience to ensure your infield activity succeeds in overcoming obstacles.
  • A people person with outstanding communication; you can build rapport, make lasting connections and roll out solutions across stakeholders - surgeons, theatre teams, and accounts. 
  • A skilled listener, you know how to overcome any pre-existing sentiment around a game-changing technology by sharing knowledge and delivering clinical information. 
  • Lastly, this is a long term learning culture, i.e. You are someone who enjoys learning and are keen to grow your skill base, and maybe one day is promoted as career development is supported.
