Following a successful internal promotion, a TM role is now available.
  • This role focuses on driving the introduction of minimally invasive products across a city ( Newcastle ) and inland territory ( Hunter NE ).
  • You will be calling into public and private hospital theatres to develop relationships with surgeons and clinical staff to share knowledge and prospect additional sales.
  • You have the accountability for managing your strategic plan to reach and exceed your quarterly objectives using strategic selling skills.
  • You will be a resource to provide customers with clinical knowledge and support continuously in your area.
You will be a successful Medtech sales professional who has:
  • Already proven yourself within surgical sales or can show regular success within a related hospital device or pharma sales and ready to take on accelerated learning on the products.
  • You know how to develop and then execute a territory sales plan, including implementing value-added activities. 
  • Have the drive and tenacity to ensure your day to day field activity succeeds in overcoming obstacles and maximises your ROI.
  • Adaptable and dynamic personality to build rapport with surgeons across several clinical specialties ( Gynae, Colorectal, Bariatric, Urology and general surgery ).
  • Communication and influencing skills to overcome any pre-existing customer perception around innovative, accessible technologies vs established competition.
  • You enjoy learning, and you have an endless curiosity to update your knowledge to acquire the skills to introduce a continually evolving portfolio.
