In this newly created strategic sales opportunity as CAM NSW, you will be:
  
  • Developing and managing relationships with private hospitals, public hospitals, health services and government departments within NSW ( based in Greater Sydney ).
  • Creating and implementing strategic business plans to execute and deliver against short and long term commercial objectives.
  • Collaborating with an experienced leadership team regarding account strategies, including researching and assessing market conditions and analysing data to sound recommendations in line with goals.
  • Negotiating, communicating and delivering corporate strategies across the broader sales team and working with the team in-field to overcome any challenges and align with goals.
Are you a leader like this?
  • You will have proven yourself extensively within hospitals, ideally with advanced surgical technologies and created relationships with C-suite stakeholders. 
  •  You have a network of c-suite contacts in private and public health, including Procurement and other influentials and can help build out account maps from scratch.
  • A natural leader with outstanding interpersonal and people skills can build rapport across internal sales and customers whilst having challenging conversations. 
  • You have the drive and resilience to ensure your conversations with prospective accounts succeed in overcoming obstacles you may face from entrenched and established incumbents. 
  • You know how to use your influencing skills to overcome any pre-existing customer sentiment or beliefs around this disruptive value proposition.
  • You enjoy learning and never stop having a curiosity to add more knowledge to your profile.
  • A Bachelors Degree is preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel as required within Australia and a current driver license
