About the role
  
You’ll predominantly focus on Australia plus, plus to a lesser exposure Asia, to manage Clinical Projects to support the gathering of clinical evidence/studies; this includes:
  • Sharing new clinical knowledge gained with the sales and marketing team
  • Delivering clinical training and support to ensure sound clinical outcomes
  • Exploring and gaining commitment to product evaluations from new users across new and existing specialties
  • Building and further enhancing KOL relationships in line with the strategy
  • Working with Medical / Reg. Affairs / Sales and Marketing worldwide
  • Adhering to the company's Quality Management System, internal adverse event reporting and promotional material review.
Your skills and experience
  
This role will be ideally matched if you are
  • Someone with a Super high Emotional Intelligence to communicate with multiple stakeholders – inside the company and with surgeons / HCPs/
  • Ambitious, seeking a high level of responsibility, very self-motivated and will enjoy working in a fast-moving, adaptive working culture and reporting to an off-shore manager ( no micro-management! )
  • An excellent communicator and can liaise, collaborate and integrate with key customers, sales team and internal departments or health system to maximise opportunities.
  • Comfortable managing multiple ( pre ) clinical projects with primary investigator surgeons already key customers are working extensively with the local sales team.
  • A Nursing graduate [ from operating theatres ] with well-recognised credentials and a good GPA preferred
  • Industry experience from Medical Device / Pharma – most likely from related fields such as ENT, Endoscopy, Colo-rectal, Urology, Neuro or others for at least two years or more.
  • Willing and enjoy travelling between the territories outside of your home location [ 50% +]
  • Who treats others with respect, dignity and honesty and works to uphold all required industry Code of Ethics and Regulations [ GXP, Good Clinical Practice, ICH ]
